It’s easy to start a free online business.  The first thing you need to do is do a search for free website hosting. There are dozens of free hosting sites available on the internet and you can sign up for several at a time and test them out.  You can also make your own domain name specific to your product or service so your customers can find you.  If you are not familiar with starting a web page you can ask a friend or family member to assist you.  The main things you need to have on your website is information about your product, pictures, and a contact section so that people can email or call you with questions or concerns.

When you start a free business online you will also need a way for your customers to pay for their products.  It’s always helpful to get a PayPal account since this is one of the easiest ways for transactions to take place online.  Setting up a PayPal account provides a convenient way for your clients to pay you and it’s free to set up.

When you have a business it’s always important to advertise.  In order for people to look at your new online business you will need to let people know where you are.  The best way to do this is to create a customer banner that links users to your website.  After you create this banner you can post it on various popular websites.  Another way to advertise is to connect with people in business forums and chat rooms.
