Which kind of business you open is definitely important, and is certainly the number one factor. Guidance is always helpful…

If you are interested in real estate but aren’t too interested in having a too big of a business, try an apartment locator.

Or if you are interested in Convenience stores but can’t be bothered, try vending machines which are easy to buy.

Love fashion? Start a designer bag business, maybe a small boutique type store. ”

Howards advises to think about what you love most and tone it down.
Some more examples, You want a restaurant but cant afford it or you cant deal with the hassle? How about a café? Or a home catering business? Love music? But you aren’t a singer? How about a music branding company? There are many ways to think of your own small business idea.

Just think about what you want to do, what you have time for—and if both don’t go together, make them!
