I am writing about a business known as Mattress Warehouse of DeKalb, located at 1224 E Lincoln Hwy, DeKalb, IL, which is owned and run by a Mike Kisluk. He sold us a mattress from his business and did not tell either my husband or myself that there was no possibility of return, exchange or anything if there was a problem with the mattress. His claim is that it is written on the invoice and we should have read the invoice before we purchased his product. How would we know those facts when you do not get an invoice until after a product is sold? What he should have done was be a better salesman who would have informed us more before making our choice. We thought we knew what type of mattress we needed (but laying on a mattress in his dumpy warehouse for 2 minutes does not give an accurate assessment of what the mattress will be like when you get it home). We told him the mattress we were purchasing was going on a hard board surface and he assured us that it would feel the same as it did in the store because that is the way they make mattresses these days. It turned out that my husband tried sleeping on it one night and it was way too firm – and was not even the feel that he had in the warehouse. Additionally, we also told him that we were putting this mattress in a camper which should have clued him in to the fact that it could be a special size (something which we had no clue of until after we purchased his mattress). He did not tell us anything about the fact that some campers may need a special size mattress even though in his website ad he claims that his mattresses “Can be special-ordered for … campers…”. By advertising that, he obviously knew that camper mattresses may not be a standard full or queen size. It turns out that ours is actually a short queen, but we did not know this before we went in to buy a mattress. He feels that we should know this. I feel that he, being more of an “expert” on mattresses, should have pointed this out. This guy was rude to us last night and rude to me on the phone when I called today to see why he would not even work with us on an exchange (which would have net him a bigger profit anyway since we have to go up in size). All he kept giving me was some sad-sack story about how everyone is always trying to rip him off and whining about how bad people are when they go into his store. I feel we were sold a product that was not what we needed and were ripped off by him. If I wanted to donate $400 to someone, I would donate it to a charity, not a mattress salesman who is rude and whiney.

sears stole my chainsaw. I took my chainsaw to sears in Edwardsville Il. to be repaired for the 3rd time. I ask for a ticket the lady said I didn’t need one, was sending on the last repair ticket and that they would call. After 3 weeks I went to the store to check on it. and they said what chainsaw they had no record and I had no ticket so there was no chainsaw. The manager Robert Wilson11 was no help at all. Customer service said they couldn’t do anything,but offered a 75 dollar gift card for chainsaw that cost over 200 dollars.

I would like to know how a crook like Mark Bjorkstrand can continue to operate in the Minneapolis/St Paul metro area and not be arrested for being a scam artist. He operates out of Burnsville, MN. Currently he is doing business as Twin Cities Gutter Topper. He does lousy work and has a slick gift of gab. He is able to slick-talk a lot of people into believing that his workmanship is superior. In fact, it’s not.
I truly hope that other people check him out thoroughly before they sign on the dotted line and hire him.

I had one meeting with this disrespectful person and informed him that I was interested in placing some of my funds into government funds, such as bonds and municipal securities. Which is what I had made it very clear to this dishonest financial Advisor. I had sent emails and many of them was never addressed. And after a ongoing record of ignoring my email. I fired this dishonest person

I had also informed him that the companies acts of violating my privacy was not acceptable and I was not going to allow anyone to violate my privacy for their own personal benefits. Again, this dishonest person ignore my emails. I would like this person and company to be posted as un-ethical and highly questionable. Especially, when a client ask to have his funds invested in Government and municipal fundings. ASAP. I would like assistance in filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and any other agencies. I chartered a from Brown Charter’s out of Lathop , Ca for a trip to Red Hawk Casino on 5/16/09. The power went out at the casino 3 times that day. People had money in the machines.
The Casino requested that all buses stay until we could get our money out of the machine.
Brown Charter was the only bus to leave. He left half of my group at the Casino and the other half that had money in the machines had to leave it.
He was very rude and nasty to me and my group. he told us the he was leaving @ 5:00 p.m. whether we were on the bus or not.

I will never do business with the company again. The service is terrible.

Wells Fargo Home Morgage is a ripe off!!!! We fell behind but came up with enough money to get caught back up and so when we had any money we sent it weekly, they would not accept it because it was not in a lump sum. We have sent 4000.00 and would be even over to the good, but they refuse to work with us. They want to forclose and are trying to find a way to do it. They would cash all our cks and then send the amount of each ck seperatly back. They would not call to let us know what was going on, nobody had a clue where our 2000.00 ck went. So as they have our monies, they give us a date and we meet it, they fail and then say we don’t meet the deadlines. They are constantly adding charges that we don’t deserve. I would not recomment this company to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a subscription for DIRECT TV they scheduled me for yesterday for set up. I took the day off only to end up my day wasted, because of some problems occured that I have nothing to do with. They wasted my time but they said they cannot do anything about it but apologise. They should at least compensate me for the time/day I wasted. Someone was able to use my identity in their company. So all of you who is reading this, be very careful. If someone has your name and social security number they can always open up services in DIRECT TV. By the way, the technicians drilled holes in my place already, and did work for I think more or less 3 hours, only to end up not getting paid because when they were about to activate the equipments my order number disappeared, and they cannot activate the machines. I am so sorry for them too!

I placed an order for 2 prs orthodics, which I received. Enclosed in the package was a bottleof Joint Support Formula, and a card, they say, which said I should cancel order…however, I did not see a card! Later, they shipped me two (2) bottles of JSF and billed my credit card. By the time I got my cr card bill and realized what was going on (I’ve had some sickness in my family during and since Christmas, etc) I returned the shipment on 01/12/09 along with a note informing them to cancel and credit back my account and to not charge anything to my credit card. A second package of two bottles came in the mail and I refused delivery and had returned to sender. Jim @ Walkfit informed me the package did not reach them (mailed 1/12/09 before the shipment went out on 01/29/09), I finally reached someone at Walkfit via phone and gave them the same info but Jim @ EXT 0523 said they did not accept returns! Also, he informed me they had already sent out second shipment of JSF before receiving my returned first shipment and they would not credit my account for any of the products!!!

So, they’ve charged my account $44.85 x 2+ $89.70 which they expect me to pay and they also have merchandise back. I truly don’t think this is fair and is not the way to run a business. The first bottle was “free” but they steal $89.70 from your
credit card company. They should absolutely be ashamed of themselves!!!
I’ll never, ever buy anything from ‘”WALKFIT” again because they’re a bunch of theives!!! This is a bad way to do business boys!!! Walkfit/Torrance, CA sucks!!!
